Entry 8: Review of T1 Target-Setting Exercise

Hi everyone,
I want to tell you that the purpose of setting targets for the various subjects is to see whether you can your targets or not.I think this is because they want to achieve their targets.If they want to achieve their targets than they will work harder and get good marks.I set the target for my english is not so high because my english is very weak as for my math,science and mother tongue,i set a very high marks for myself.I am going to study harder and do more revision to achieve my targets.My parents wil call me to do more revision to help me to achieve my targets.I will do more revision to motivate myself towards achieveing my targets.I think the teachers can revise with me the subjects that i am poor in to achieve my targets.

Entry 7: Festivals in Singapore

Dear Mrs Tan,
The festival i celebrate is Chinese New Year.I celebrate Chinese New Year because i am a chinese.I celebrate Chinese New Year by visiting my relatives.The featival celebrated by other races is Hari Raya Puasa and Deepavali.The indians celebrate Deepavali and the malays celebrate Hari Raya.They celebrate them because it is their races.I think the celebration of the various festivals can help in strengthening racial harmony among the various in Singapore by making friends.We can develope stronger bonds among the various races in Singapore by being friendly and kind to them.

Entry 6: March Term Break

Dear Mrs Tan,
I think the school gets the pupils to read every morning because they want us to improve our english and speak in proper language.I like it because i can improve my english.I like reading because i can learn more new words and the stories are also very interesting.I like to read those interesting and adventure story.I think reading can help us in our school work because it can help us to write a good compo.The school can encourage pupils to read by telling them to read every morning or tell them to read during their leisure time.The name of the story that i like to read is The Christmas Nutcrackers.The autor name is Ann Bryant and i like his story because his story is very interesting.

Entry 5: Activities Outside School

Hi everyone,
The activities that i am involved in outside school is my tuiton.The tuition is on saturday and sunday.Saturday is my math tuition and sunday is my english tuition.Both tuition last for 1 and the half hour.I am involved in this activities because my subject is not so good.I think this activities are necessary for me because it can help me to improve my subject that i am weak in.I think this activies won't effect my studies because it also help me in my school work.I don't feel stress because the teacher don't really give homework.I think pupils should go outside school activities such as going for swimming lessons so that they won't feel so stress.

Entry 4: Journey Earth Hour 2009

Dear Mrs Tan,
We can play a part to pick up litters on the floor to prevent globber warming.If we always throw litters on the floor,there will be globber warming
and we may even die.We can make it a habbit to pick up litters on the floor
so that we can fight climate change.
